As women, we tend to hold so much. A retreat is to step out of the regular rhythms of day-to-day life, to get a new perspective on our lives.
24th-27th June. This 3-day Retreat @ Broadwater will be led by the inspiring Julie Grant, who has over 10 years of experience holding space for people to rediscover themselves. Julie is also a qualified Yoga Teacher.
Through mindfully crafted workshops and practical tools, you will have the opportunity to connect with who you are in a deep and meaningful way.

A bit about Julia
As a dancer, Julie came into yoga during her university days, drawn to the continued expression of self through movement that she had always known growing up. It was only when Julie began to navigate the murky waters of adult life that her practice and passion for yoga truly began. Julie’s practice has given her something to come back to over and over again, no matter where life chooses to take her.
The process of going inward, becoming more aware of the fluctuation of body and mind, has allowed for learning and growth to happen that she didn’t think possible, and has opened so many doors, one of them being the privilege of teaching this form of self-healing to others, and seeing this growth of love and self in others.
